  • SHIPPING INFO

    • Products generally ship in 3-4 business days.
    • After your order is placed you will receive an additional shipping notification email with tracking information once your order is on it's way!
    • All Orders are shipped Via USPS 3 day priority mail, they may be tracked via usps.com.  After tracking is available please reach out to USPS directly.

    • Life's Cozy is absolutely not responsible for packages not received due to incorrect or insufficient address. 

    •  After product is showing "delivered" status Life's Cozy is not responsible for loss or theft due to package being shipped to insecure location.  You may file a claim with USPS if you have failed to receive your package after 1 day of showing "delivered". 

  • GARMENT CARE

    • For best results without ruining the tapestry garment it must be hand washed with cold water. 
    • Dry flat is preferred. Place the garment on a clean, dry towel and lay flat. Gently squeeze the towel roll.
    • Let air dry until slightly damp.
    •  DO NOT PUT IN DRYER.
    • Of course, do not use bleach or use other whitening or harsh chemicals.
